Kent duo The Worry People contrast fragility, heart on sleeve lyricism with a traditional indie-rock foundation, experimenting with an array of instruments and layers which plays with light and dark concepts, blending together established rock, indie, pop into a modern aesthetic. This is especially notable in their latest EP ‘Always Sunny In My Mind’ as it charts the journey of coming out of a relationship and the initial afterthoughts.

The band released their first EP ‘Red on Red for Miles’ August of 2022 which went on to feature ‘Wait for You’ on Abbie McCarthy's BBC Radio Introducing show.

In March of 2023 the duo released their 2nd EP ‘Bottleneck’ which featured the leading track ‘Eden’. This paved the path for their 3rd EP ‘Always Sunny In My Mind’ released 8th December 2023 which has saw the band grow their audience throughout the UK.

“A special ability to blend euphoric arena sized choruses with infectious melodies” - Aug 2023, Ramzine - feature from Erith Made festival.

“It's raw and visceral”. - Our Sound Music, Dec 2023
